You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality or security.

Information provided by you while creating an account or placing an order must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, descriptions, images, colours, and other details accurately.

However, the actual colour or appearance of a product may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, or device display differences.

Minor colour variations between the product image displayed on the website and the actual product are not considered product damage.

Product availability is subject to stock availability and may change without prior notice.

PRICING

All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate.

If an incorrect price or product information is displayed due to a technical, typographical, or system error, Yaksitha Sarees reserves the right to cancel the affected order and provide an applicable refund if payment has already been received.

ORDERS

An order is considered confirmed only after the order has been successfully placed and accepted by us.

Yaksitha Sarees reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, technical errors, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or other reasonable circumstances.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.

PAYMENTS

Online payments may be processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

Customers must provide accurate payment and billing information while placing an order.

Yaksitha Sarees will never ask customers to share sensitive authentication information such as UPI PINs, card PINs, OTPs, or internet banking passwords.

Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery dates provided on the website or through order communication are estimates and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery dates.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Yaksitha Sarees will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, colour preference, design preference, size expectations, or minor colour differences caused by photography, lighting, or screen display settings.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact Yaksitha Sarees as soon as possible after delivery and provide your order details along with clear photos or videos showing the damage.

The return request will be reviewed by our team before approval.

The product must be unused and returned in its original condition with the original packaging, tags, and other items received with the order, where applicable.

Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise changed by the customer may not be eligible for return.

Yaksitha Sarees reserves the right to verify the reported damage before approving a return, replacement, or refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds are applicable only for eligible and approved cases, including approved returns for damaged products or orders cancelled by Yaksitha Sarees after payment.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the bank, payment provider, or payment method used for the original transaction.
