All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

During peak seasons or sale periods, processing time may be slightly extended.

We offer shipping across India for both wholesale and retail customers.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the courier service and location. 

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website. 

Order Tracking

 Once your order is dispatched, the Tracking ID and tracking link will be available in your account.

Customers can check tracking details by going to My Account → My Orders → Select Order → Scroll to the bottom to view the tracking information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unreachable phone number, re-shipping charges may apply. 

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
